Are Those Mini Credit Cards?
Mini Credit Cards are Hitting the Market
Would you like a miniature credit card that fits on your keychain? A mini credit card that allows you to pay for your purchase with just a swipe across a scanner? Well, if you have a Visa, that’s exactly what you can have. Visa is now mailing out mini credit cards to customers that will make convenience shopping even quicker and easier.
What Are Mini Credit Cards?
Mini credit cards are not meant to replace your standard sized credit card, but is rather a compliment to your current credit card usage. Mini credit cards fit on your keychain and are connected to the same account as your standard Visa card is, but instead of having to dish a credit card out of your wallet when paying at locations that accept mini credit cards, you can just pass the contactless keychain card by the scanner and pay for your purchase in just seconds.
In addition to the Visa contactless mini credit cards, Discover Card is also offering a mini credit card called Discover 2Go. While this mini credit card isn’t contactless (it needs to be swiped), it does allow you to pay wherever Discover Card is accepted.
